Danielle operates the single-cell genomics pipeline for JGI collaborators. This work combines custom flow cytometric analysis, cell sorting, genome amplification, PCR screening, and 16S sequencing. She also develops novel flow cytometry protocols for targeted recovery of specific microbes.
