Since 2012, Mr. Shahab has led the development of an integrated platform for tracking JGI's sequencing projects and data warehousing. This platform streamlines project management, laboratory information tracking, and enables efficient analysis and reporting of sequencing projects and their status.
Mr. Shahab has extensive experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), bioinformatics, and genomics data management. He has worked at several renowned institutions, developing solutions for large-scale sequencing projects and data analysis pipelines.
