Partners

The DOE Joint Genome Institute (DOE JGI) integrates the genomic capabilities of six partner institutions: Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology, and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. In January 1999, high-throughput sequencing began at the DOE JGI in Walnut Creek, California.
