Posters and Abstracts
User Meeting participants are encouraged to present a poster. To do so, please indicate on your registration form that you plan to bring a poster, and include the title or a brief description of the subject matter plus a list of authors. To prevent duplication, only one author should provide poster information when registering. Posters should be 1.4 m x 1.4 m (4 ft. x 4 ft.). Pushpins will be provided. Poster presenters are asked to be available for questions during the poster session.
Abstract submission deadline: The deadline to submit a poster abstract is Thursday, March 5, 2009.
You will have the option to upload an abstract for your poster at registration. Otherwise, email your Poster Abstract Submission Form and abstract (500 word maximum) to Sheryl Martin, martinsa@ornl.gov, by Thursday, March 5, 2009.
- No graphics or figures will be printed, but please insert links to online information, if applicable.
- Only one person on the author list for a particular poster should submit an abstract and indicate in their registration that they plan to present that poster.
- Late submissions will be accepted by Monday, March 9; a Poster Submission Form is required, and only poster title/author information will be printed.
